30 Days Of Bliss In Bali

There is something about warm, exotic, tropical islands that I just LOVE! I mean I am FASCINATED by them! So when I found out one of my favorite online yoga instructors Dashama had a 30 day yoga retreat planned in Bali, I was ecstatic beyond words!

The beautiful island of Bali is surrounded by coral reefs. The beaches in the north and western part of the island have black sand and the beaches in the south tend to have white sand. How cool is that! The island has lush landscape, healing hot springs, great food, and amazing people. Then there is the amazing yoga retreat with a wonderful instructor! You can even become a certified yoga instructor if you want. What a fun way to start the summer!

The retreat takes place in June. If you can't make it for the whole 30 days, you can sign up for 1-4 weeks of fun instead. I know I’m giving you very short notice about this wonderful opportunity but isn’t that what keeps life exciting? Just knowing that there is a possibility of a new adventure around every corner definitely gets my energy charged up! Let the vibrant energy of a new adventure recharge your soul and register for the Bali trip.  I challenge you to spend 30 days in paradise and live a positive yogic lifestyle in amazing Bali! You can find out all the details by clicking on the picture below and watching the short video. When you are done watching the video click the 'learn more' button at the bottom of each page and sign up for this amazing trip. There are only a few spots left so act now! I can't wait to see you in Bali! Namaste.

If you still have questions after watching the video and reading through all the pages please feel free to post the questions in the comment spot below. You can also email me at charashley@gmail.com

A New Year!

I don’t know about you but I’m excited to start 2011! A new year always seems to bring rejuvenating energy and endless possibility.  Put the past behind you and smile at the present moment. Breath in the refreshing air and breath out the tension from 2010. It’s time for amazing change!

New Year’s Resolutions

It’s that time of year when we all make resolutions.  Some we keep and some resolutions get broken a few weeks into a new year.  One of my resolutions is to get straight A’s this year. I made that one last year but Calculus II ruined it for me in the first semester of 2010 (although I did rock out all my other Engineering and Math classes ;) Another New Year’s resolution I have is to go on a yoga retreat.  My fabulous online yoga instructor Dashama is doing a teacher certification in Bali during the summer and I really want to go! There or someplace tropical. Costa Rica would be an awesome retreat spot as well.  What are your 2011 resolutions?  Let me know in the comment box below.  Also check out my December posts. They might help you with your resolutions and goals.
